3. Consulting Services and Webinars
3.1 Scheduled Consulting Services
For scheduled consulting services, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 7+ days before scheduled service: 100% refund
- Cancellation 3-6 days before scheduled service: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled service: No refund, but one-time rescheduling is offered
- No-show: No refund or rescheduling
3.2 Live Webinars and Online Events
For live webinars and online events, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 7+ days before event: 100% refund
- Cancellation 3-6 days before event: 50% refund or access to the recorded version
- Cancellation within 48 hours of event: No refund, but access to the recorded version will be provided
3.3 Completed Services
Once a consulting service or webinar has been delivered, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion with detailed feedback.
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period
4.2 Refunds for Subscription Services
Refunds for subscription services are provided under the following conditions:
- New Subscribers: If you are within the first 14 days of your initial subscription period and have not extensively used the service, you may request a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent access to subscription content and our team cannot resolve these issues, a prorated refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are erroneously charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
